NABARANGPUR: This year, differently-abled and orphan students will get a platform at the annual Mondei festival to showcase their talent. Deaf and dumb inmates of Utkal Kalyan Seva Sangh of Jharsuguda and orphan students of Deendayal Upadheya Girls’ School of Nabarangpur district will perform folk dances at the cultural festival, to be held by the Mondei Ranga Manch. The festival begins on Tuesday.
Other artistes who will perform include Odissi dancer Saswat Joshi and troupe, Kathak dancer Saptashree Roy of Kolkota and Bhangra dancers of Malva Sabhyacharak Club of Punjab.
